Mô tả công việc
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries in both English and Vietnamese.
- Provide technical support and customer care to mostly owners of nail salons establishments across the US.
- Receive and respond to customer's feedback.
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, professionally, and politely.
- Assist other departments within the company as needed.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Age: 22–35 years old;
- Education: College degree or higher
- Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking). Good English communication skills are a strong advantage. (English level IELTS 5.5 - 6.5 or equivalent).
- Tin học: Understanding networking, including setting up routers, modems, and reserved Ips.
- Kinh nghiệm: Experienced in customer care or call center is an advantage.
- Clear and fluent voice with no regional characteristics, demonstrating confident communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Have responsibility, adaptability, and the ability to handle work pressure.
