Job Description
JetPay BankHub:
- Work directly with customers to gather and clarify business requirements
- Collaborate with banks and domestic and international financial institutions to understand, clarify payment operations and seek solutions for customer application
- Research, analyze competitors’ software and propose improvements for JETPAY BankHub softwar
MISA Lending:
- Work directly with customers/internal credit officers to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements related to credit products.
- Collaborate with bank/financial institution departments to study credit granting processes, loan products, and propose digitization/process improvement solutions.
- Research, analyze, and model existing credit operations and propose the development/modification of credit software products to meet actual operational requirements.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Coursework in Accounting Principles, Management Accounting, and/or Financial Accounting.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Preference for candidates with experience in banking, online payments, or accounting/finance.
- Strong communication skills, quick to grasp issues, and a good self-learning ability.
- Able to collect, consolidate, and analyze information effectively.
- Capable of writing documentation, delivering training, and giving presentations.
- Careful, responsible, and reliable at work.
- Fluent in English.
