Anh chị có công thức nào để tính số ngày thử việc trong tháng không ạ? Em muốn tính số ngày thử việc trong tháng dùng để tính công theo lương thử việc và công theo lương chính thức trong tháng, trong trường hợp tháng đó lưng chừng có ngày kết thúc thử việc giữa tháng.

Trả lời:
Trường hợp này có thể sử dụng Công thức:

=MAX(NETWORKDAYS.INTL(MAX(G4,DATE($D$1,$B$1,1)),MIN(H4,EOMONTH(DATE($D$1,$B$1,1),0)),--LEFT(J4,2)),0)
